READ BEFORE YOU BOOK Positive: The property was located perfectly for what we needed. Negative: The first thing was that we were informed of a "deposit" for damages of either $1000 cash refundable or $42 non refundable AFTER booking the non refundable condo. I understand having to charge it, but tell me UP FRONT. I don't mind paying it if I know. The owner kept in very close contact with me, until I sent him a text to please call me about some minor housekeeping issues. About 4 hours later, he responded for me to "put it on the app and take pictures." The pictures of course weren't possible, because we had already checked in and this was the next morning. So, I am putting it all here. The condo overall was nice, nothing fancy, but the shower doors had not been cleaned in some time. We had exactly one towel and one wash cloth for each of us, even though we were staying 2 nights. At least leave us each 2 wash cloths! I also found a paper towel full of crumbs behind the plant on my side of the bed. It was gross. We noticed when searching for extra towels that the "extra" sheets in the closet were wadded into a ball and basically thrown in. I'm glad we didn't have to use them, because I had no idea if they had even been washed. We also found out the first night, when we went to place some drinks in the fridge for the first time the freezer door was standing open about an inch and a half. I'm quite sure this will affect his power bill. Honestly, I do feel like it was he got our money and then dropped us. I honestly just wanted a call so he could check up on whoever is cleaning for him. I even let him know it was nothing horrible, but I did expect him to reach out and speak with me rather than blow me off.Had I been given the chance to speak with him briefly, this review would not be happening. The other thing I did mention to him in our text conversations, is that we had no idea this was a 3rd floor unit, and there was no elevator. I even told him this was my fault for not checking better.

Overall it was nice near everything Positive: It was comfortable Negative: Had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor no elevator

Would visit again! Positive: Location is easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen if needed. Negative: The bathroom was not cleaned well. Pillows had and odor and needs replacing. Add an air fryer that would be nice.

Great place to stay Positive: Close access to the beach and local stores. Room was great and up to date. Negative: Ceiling fan was broken. Wasnt stocked with some essentials. But owner and I spoke on it.

Great for a short stay. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Positive: Great location, easy to access. Negative: No dishwasher, had co trainers for shampoo/conditioner/body wash, but there was none available.
